We offer dedicated design consultation, with an expanded range of services that includes up to 30 hours of time to help you pull an entire space together.  The design fee for this package ranges from $750 to $7500, depending on the size and scale of the project. The fee covers our professional expertise and guidance throughout the selection process, site visits, meetings with other trades and workrooms as needed, and working with our selected vendors to bring your project to life.*

Our curated design services offer a premium and personalized experience for clients. Whether it is a full re-decoration of your current home, or working with your architect and builder from the ground up, we will help guide you through the process of assisting in material selections, creating furniture layouts, helping with paint schedules, decorative hardware, plumbing and lighting selections, and selection of all furniture, fabrics and finishes. Prices vary depending on size and scale of the project  For this level, we charge an hourly rate plus a mark up on all purchases (not to exceed retail price) This fee covers our comprehensive design services, tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences, access to our workrooms and trade partners, and outstanding customer services from start to finish.
